The AGM his year will be held on Wednesday 25 November starting at 6.30 pm. Given the circumstances around COVID, the format will be adjusted to a virtual program.
The AGM, as in previous years allows our Chairperson, Kate Midttun, along with the Executive Board, the opportunity to share with you what has been achieved over the past year and in addition provide an overview on what Australian's can expect for the year ahead.
The AGM also allows members the opportunity to nominate for the Executive Board. If you are interested please notify the AusBG office using the below nomination form, do note nominations will close Sunday 15 November at 5pm.
The AusBG Executive Board will also be asking members to vote on the proposing amendments to the AusBG Constitution. Members should already have received the notification along with the proposed changes. Both the current Constitution and the restated & revised changes can be found in the links below. Being a virtual event, the voting for the Constitution and the Executive Board for 2021 will also be online. All voting will take place on secure voting platforms with members able to vote from 24 November at 9 am until 25 November 2020 at 6.45 pm. All members will receive a separate email with the link to voting the day before voting commences, along with supporting documents and the link to the Live AGM event.
