AusBG once again hosted Guest Chef Craig Squire, from the Ochre Restaurant – Cairns Australia for the “Taste of Australia” Dinner held at the Al Thuraya Ballroom at the Beach Rotana Hotel on the 10^th June. Chef Craig was in Abu Dhabi to promote his modern Australian Cuisine at the Rodeo Grill restaurant from the 7^th – 11^th June.
